The Executive Director is Rahsaan DeLain. The COPE board of directors is comprised of each organizations board chairs and each organization’s CEO: The Community Action Organization (CAO) Interim President and CEO Ulysees Wingo Sr., Buffalo Federation of Neighborhood Centers (BFNC) CEO Chandra Redfern, and The Community Health Center of Buffalo, Inc. (CHCB) CEO and Executive Director Dr. Lavonne Ansari.
